Ce travail de recherche tend à mettre la structure du discours critique maghrébin contemporain en surveillant ses caractéristiques et ses outils procéduraux et conceptuels en faveur de nouvelle pensé-entre systémique et intentionnalité. Nous avons choisi un ensemble de discours critiques, nous avons donc étudié la problématique de ce discours et sa référence intellectuelle, puis nous avons abordé narratologie modernes d'Al-Said Boutadjin exempls de discours systémique ouvert, et nous avons également travaillé sur la structure du discours critique d'Abd al-Salam al-Msadi, puis nous avons Suivi le projet de Mohammed Moftah ouvert au contexte et Intentionnalité. This work describes structure of the contemporary Maghreb critical discourse by monitoring its characteristics and procedural and conceptual tools within the systemic and intentional thought So we studied the we choose a set of critical discourses, problematic of this discourse and its intellectual reference, then we touched upon modern narratives by Al-Said Boutadjin as a sample on open systemic discourse, and we also worked on the structure of the critical discourse of Abd al-Salam al-Msadi, then we monitored the project of Mohamm Key words: discours, cruc, Systemme, mentionantyItem البناء الدلالي في لغة الخطاب القرآني ألفاظ التربية و السلوك المعجم الصوفي نموذجا(المركز الجامعي صالحي احمد النعامة, 2020) عيساوي نصيرةItem توظيف التراث في رباعية الدم و النار ل عبد المالك مرتاض(2022) دهنون إبراهيمملخص الرسالة باللغة العربية : كشفت رباعية الدّم والنار لعبد الملك مرتاص" عن معاناة الشعب الجزائري وبينت مرحلة نمو الوعي الثوري، وقامت على ظاهرة التناص التراثي، وظف التراث في الأولى والثانية بطريقة تقليدية مباشرة ، وأما الأخيرتين منها، فهي من التجارب الفريدة الجديدة في الكتابة الروائية الجزائرية، نظرا لنهوضها على زخم الكثير من النصوص التراثية، وتداخل الأجناس الأدبية المختلفة فيها، وكذا التوظيف المكثف الذي لعب دورا إيجابيا محمودا ، كما عبرت طريقة الكاتب في التوظيف عن بعض مكامن الحداثة ومظاهر التجديد في تجربته الروائية، ويرتبط توظيف التراث بأشكاله الأربعة فيها بالإطار المكاني والحضاري الذي ينتمي إليه وبالهوية العربية الإسلامية والجزائرية الوطنية، وكذا تاريخ الفترة الاستعمارية. وقد ظهرت أهم المصادر التي استقى منها تجربته، تجاوز" مرتاض" في روايتي "حيزية"وصوت الكهف "ما كان سائدا في الرواية الكلاسيكية كما في "دماء ودموع" و"نار ونور"، وفي "حيزية" كان الحضور المكثف لشخصية المرأة الجزائرية الصحراوية وأخيرا، أظهرت الدراسة علاقة "مرتاض" الوثيقة والوطيدة بالتراث باللغة الإنجليزية : The Blood and Fire Quartet revealed to "Abdul Malik Murtas" about the suffering of the Algerian people and demonstrated the stage of the growth of revolutionary awareness, and the Quartet was based on the phenomenon of traditional intertextuality, employing heritage in the first and second in a direct traditional way, and the last two of them are unique new Algerian experiences in narrative writing, Due to its rise to the momentum of many heritage texts, and the overlapping of different literary genres in them, as well as the intensive employment that played a positive and commendable role, as the writer's method of employment expressed some of the sources of modernity and aspects of renewal in his novelistic experience. The most important sources from which he drew his experience appeared, transcending “Murtada” in the two novels “Hizia”" and "The Voice of the Cave” which was prevalent in the classic novel as in "Blood and Tears" and "Fire and Light”, and in “Hizia” was the intense presence of the Saharawi Algerian woman's personality and finally The study showed Mortad's close and close relationship to heritageItem اختيارات الطاهربن عاشور النحوية في تفسيره التحرير و التنوير(2020) أبو قاسم بالشيخملخص الرسالة "التحرير والتنوير" لمحمد الطاهر بن عاشور (1393هـ) تفسير معاصر ، الْتَزَمَ فيه صاحبه العمق والدقة في إظهار المسائل البلاغية المتعلقة بأساليبه وتراكيبه بغية تحقيق مظهر الإعجاز الخالد للقرآن الكريم في كل آية من آياته. وتأتي هذه الدراسة للتركيز على المسائل النحوية التي طرقها ابن عاشور في كل آيات القرآن، مبينة منهجه في مناقشة الأقوال المختلفة للترجيح بينها أو الاختيار منها أو الانفراد بأقوال خاصة. ولذلك وسمت الدراسة بالاختيارات النحوية عند ابن عاشور. summary ‘Liberation and Enlightenment''Tafsir al-Tahrir wa'l-Tanwir' by Muhammad Al-Taher bin Ashour (1393 AH) is a contemporary interpretation, in which the owner has committed himself to depth and accuracy by showing the rhetorical issues related to his methods and structures in order to achieve the appearance of the eternal miraculous of the Noble Quran in each of its verses. This study focuses on the grammatical issues that Ibn Ashour addressed in all the verses of the Quran, indicating his approach to discuss the different sayings by weighting them or choosing them or making special sayings to distinguish them. Therefore, the study was marked by the grammatical choices of Ibn Ashour.
